Privacy policy

EcoShift Lebanon ("we", "us", "our") collects personal data only to fulfil orders and serve our customers. This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect. When you place an order or submit a quote request we collect your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, and any project information you provide. When you browse the site we collect anonymous, aggregated visit data through Plausible Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

How we use it. Order data is used to process and deliver your purchase, communicate about your order, and answer questions you raise with our team. Quote and project request data is used to prepare a tailored proposal. We never sell or rent your information to third parties.

Sharing. We share delivery information only with the courier responsible for your order. Email is sent through Zoho. Payments are cash on delivery and processed in person — no card data is stored on our systems.

Retention. Order records are retained for at least seven years to satisfy Lebanese tax obligations. Quote and inquiry records are retained for three years. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at the address below.

Your rights. You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that is inaccurate, or ask us to delete it. We respond to such requests within 30 days.
