Low-VOC elastomeric exterior paint for Lebanese coastal and mountain climates. Elongation up to 300% bridges hairline cracks and accommodates thermal movement. UV-stabilized for sun resistance, breathable so trapped moisture can escape, water-repellent once cured. 10-year warranty against flaking and fading under normal exposure. Coverage 28-32 m² per 3.8 L can. Apply above 10 °C, between two and four hours recoat.
