Information we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, email address (optional), and delivery address. For trade accounts, we also collect your company name, tax ID if applicable, and the name of the site manager.
We do not share this information with third parties except our delivery partners (strictly for order fulfilment) and our payment processors (for bank-transfer orders). We do not sell customer data.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccuracies, or request deletion by emailing us. We will respond within 30 days.
