Terms of service

All prices are displayed in US dollars. All orders are subject to stock availability — if something is out of stock after you order, we will contact you to arrange a partial ship or a full refund.

We accept cash on delivery for orders up to $2,000. For larger orders we require bank transfer before dispatch. Prices include all applicable Lebanese taxes except where noted on the product page.

Every product page on this site lists technical specifications to the best of our knowledge at time of publication. Manufacturer specifications can change without notice; for critical project decisions, request the current data sheet directly from us before ordering.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. For installation-related questions, consult a licensed Lebanese contractor — we sell materials, not installation services.

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Beirut.
