Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the EcoShift Lebanon website and the purchase of goods and services through it. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products and services. EcoShift sells eco-certified building materials and offers project-scale services. Product images are illustrative; actual finishes may vary slightly. Service deliverables are scoped on a per-project basis through a written quote.

Pricing and payment. All prices are shown in US Dollars and include applicable Lebanese taxes unless stated otherwise. Cash on delivery is the default payment method. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price; in such cases we will contact you before fulfilment.

Delivery. Delivery time is an estimate, not a guarantee. Risk of loss passes to you upon physical delivery to your address. Title remains with EcoShift until payment is received in full.

Returns. See our Returns & exchanges page for the return process and eligible items.

Project-scale items and services. Items marked "Request a quote" are scoped per project. The price shown on the website is indicative only; the binding price is the figure on the written quote we send back. Lead times are stated in the quote.

Limitation of liability. EcoShift is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. For installation-related questions, consult a licensed Lebanese contractor or contact our technical team for partner referrals.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Beirut.
