- HVAC System (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning):
· Chillers, boilers, AHUs, FCUs
· Ductwork, diffusers, grilles
· Chilled water piping, refrigerant piping
· Exhaust fans (kitchen, toilet, parking, smoke extraction)
- Ventilation:
· Fresh air supply, stair pressurization systems
· Car park ventilation / jet fans
· Lifts & Escalators (sometimes separated, but often under MEP)
· Kitchen Equipment (heavy-duty exhaust hoods, grease duct)
