Returns & exchanges

We accept returns on eligible items within 3 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us via WhatsApp (+961 81 004 028) or email ([email protected]) with your order number and the items you wish to return.

Eligible items. Unused, unopened, and undamaged products in their original packaging. We will arrange pickup within three business days at no charge to you for items that arrive damaged or were sent in error.

Non-returnable items. Custom-cut materials, paint mixed to a specific colour, items shipped from outside Lebanon, and any product where the seal has been broken or the item installed.

Project-scale items and services. Bespoke project work, prefab houses, hire equipment, and bundle / spec-finder orders are non-refundable once production has begun, but cancellable for a partial refund of the deposit before production starts. Specific terms are stated in the written quote.

Refunds. Approved refunds are issued in cash on courier collection of the returned item. Bank transfer refunds can be arranged on request and are typically credited within 7 business days.
